PLEASE READ! This will explain everything. We want to give you the best possible tattoo
experience, so make sure you understand how Dave works before you sign up. If you

Deposit Policy
When you call or email to make an appointment, you will be asked to leave a deposit of
$50 (or more). The deposit goes directly towards your tattoo, so you don’t lose any
money. Once we receive your deposit, your appointment is locked in. After you get your
badass tattoo, take off the deposit amount from the quoted total. So, if Dave says you
owe $450, and you left a $100 deposit, you only owe $350, plus tip.
If we do not receive your deposit at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment
time, you may lose your spot. Dave has a waiting list, and we cannot hold appointment
times for people who might not show up.
The deposit lets Dave know that you are serious about showing up to your appointment.
It also let’s you know that your appointment is yours and no one else gets that time.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. This means that if your
appointment is at 11am on Friday, you must contact Dave before 11am on Thursday. If
you are a no-show or call the day of your appointment, you may lose your deposit (up to
artist’s discretion). It is always best to call!
Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, we will make every effort to reschedule
you in a reasonable amount of time. Keep in mind that appointments can book out as far
as 3-4 weeks, so if you cancel, you may be waiting up to a month for a reschedule. IF
WE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL ROLLOVER TO THE
NEW APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL NEVER LOSE A DEPOSIT IF YOU RESCHEDULE.
If for any reason Dave needs to cancel, you will be given the option of the next available
appointment. We try not to cancel appointments, but sometimes it is unavoidable. We will
accommodate you to make up for it the best we can. AGAIN, YOU WILL NOT LOSE
YOUR DEPOSIT, even if we can’t reschedule.
Refund Policy
If your appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advance or Dave cancels your appointment,
and we absolutely can’t reschedule, you are eligible for a refund of your deposit. Your
deposit will be returned the same way that you paid for it (cash, in person or online
Paypal refund). Note: If you made a Paypal deposit, there may be a fee deduction,
subject to Paypal policies.
